Six simple steps

Tell Jason roughly what you have and how you'd like your files. It takes about two minutes. He'll reply personally to confirm the details.
Drop off or ship your items
Near Spring Hill? Hand them to Jason by appointment. Anywhere else? Pack them in a sturdy box and ship with tracking. You pay shipping to Rewind.
Pay your deposit
A 50% deposit starts your project. The balance is due when your transfers are complete.
Jason digitizes everything by hand
Each item is inspected, repaired if needed and transferred in real time. Nothing is sent to an outside lab.
Get your files
Your videos arrive by private Google Drive link, typically in 2–3 weeks. DVD and USB copies come back with your originals.
Your originals come home
Pick them up in Spring Hill, or Rewind pays to ship them back to you with tracking.
Packing checklist
Tapes are sturdier than you think, but a little care goes a long way.
- Use a sturdy box, not a padded envelope
- Wrap tapes in bubble wrap or towels so nothing slides
- Label each tape, even with masking tape on the case
- Include a note with your name and phone number
- Ship with tracking and keep your receipt
- Note any broken or damaged tapes on your order form
